It is important that applicants wishing to be part of Brightway Contact Services have:

A minimum of Level 2 health & social care or other relevant qualification working with Children.

At least 2 years’ direct experience of working with children and young people.

A current in date DBS certificate.

Are Paediatric First Aid Qualified.

Our workers undertake a comprehensive induction programme prior to their first employment.

All staff working directly with children and young people are subject to “Safer Recruitment Checks” which include Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and the uptake of a minimum of two references before individuals commence employment.
